I am such a lucky man! I get to make my living writing and illustrating books for young people. Welcome to my website where you can read about my books, discover what I was like as a kid, and even try your hand at some of my puzzles.

After having two new picture books published in 2024, Go and Get with Rex and Mr. Fox’s Game of No!, I am excited about this year’s release of the first two books in a new interactive series: This Sheep Needs Your Help! and This Pirate Needs Your Help! These are the first books that I’ve both written and illustrated in over ten years!
But I’ll need some help from YOU. Grab the dry erase pen that comes with each book and complete the illustrations however you want. When you reach the end of the book, wipe the pages clean and test your drawing skills again!
